Distance and duration are calculated by OSRM using its car profile and OpenStreetMap data, without stops or live traffic. This is a planning GPX, not a recorded ride. Stop detours and the connection to Cabana 84 are excluded.
Pegasus and Ania Jackowska include Maramureș, Prislop and Bucovina in published tours. Moto-Moto describes a loop returning through Tihuța and Bistrița to Cluj. Our calculated route combines these directions and explicitly adds Beclean; it is not a copy of an operator GPX or evidence of how often riders pass town.

In Bistrița, OMV’s official list gives Str. Libertății 54 and Calea Moldovei f.n. Rompetrol lists a Dej–Bistriței station. Check the station suitable for your route and opening hours in the operator’s locator; do not assume fuel at every mountain waypoint.
On the Mara section, Păstrăvăria Alex advertises a restaurant at Str. Principală 89. Confirm opening hours, access and parking. The GPX waypoint for Mara is in the village, not at the restaurant entrance.
Păstrăvăria Alex — Mara ↗Popasul Drumețului advertises a restaurant on DN17 near Beclean (km 28+280). A possible meal or coffee stop when passing through. Confirm opening hours and motorcycle access directly with the operator.
Popasul Drumețului — Beclean ↗You can combine coffee with the restaurant stop after confirming service. These venues have not been tested by us. Choose legal parking away from the carriageway.

The total calculation exceeds a usual sightseeing day with breaks: split it into stages according to experience, weather and daylight. No verified difficulty rating is assigned. Do not enter forest roads simply because an attraction appears on a map.
Check weather and restrictions for each mountain crossing. Cold, fog, rain and possible ice can change the loop. Access over Transrarău or Prislop is not guaranteed for a particular month.

To omit Transrarău, plan Pojorâta–Vatra Dornei on the DN17 corridor instead of Pojorâta–Transrarău–Chiril. Recalculate the distance and check traffic; this is not a verified diversion for every possible closure.
Beclean is on the return stage between Bistrița and Cluj. Plan a stop before or after the loop; for a night towards its end, allow for the Băile Figa detour and confirm the stay. The cabin is not a base beside Prislop or Transrarău.
The cabin is in Băile Figa, Aleea 2, Beclean. Use the property pin for the detour from the route. The host confirms private parking; motorcycle capacity, security and covered spaces need a phone discussion. Confirm stay dates directly, including dates outside summer.
